Learn a Bit of Akseli Attitude

Akseli does some stretching exercises
I thought April was going to be a warm month. I realise now I was wrong. As I look outside the window it is sleeting. Again. Not impressed.

Still, I always try and concentrate on the positive, so rather than looking at the sleet I spent the morning disussing life with Akseli.

I.......
Many of us suffer in different ways from a lack of self esteem. We think we are not good enough, or clever enough, pretty enough, slim enough, successful enough...whatever. But not Akseli. We should learn something from him, because he is quite happy with who he is. No problems with self-esteem, and totally "comfortable in his own skin", as we say in English.

look......

great.
He had a quick stretch this morning in order to warm himself up, and then he spent some time admiring himself from every angle.  He looks fine and he knows it. He also asked me to post these photos so the world can see just what a magnificent squirrel he is.

So if you're not feeling too confident this morning...hold your head up high and take some "Akseli attitude" out into the world with you.

It works for Akseli, it might work for you too.

In spite of this continuous unpleasant weather we ought to think positive - the weekend is about to start and they have forecasted rising temperature and sunshine, haven't they?
Akseli's attitude is spectacular but maybe we shouldn't boost our self-esteem in front of a mirror(our necks aren't as flexible as Akseli's one..)! Anyway,if an individual has so called inferiority complex there must be a way how to discard it away and thus be able to live a life of happiness.
